Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 21, 2019, GCI Liberty, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Thursday, November 21, 2019, which will occur immediately following the annual Investor Meeting of Qurate Retail, Inc. ("Qurate Retail"). Presentations at Qurate Retail’s annual Investor Meeting will begin at approximately 12:45pm E.S.T and the Company’s annual Investor Meeting is estimated to begin at approximately 1:40pm E.S.T. During its annual Investor Meeting, observations may be made regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook. The annual Investor Meeting will be held in New York, NY and is open to shareholders, research analysts and press. Registration information is available on the Company’s website.

This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed "filed" for any purpose.
