("Network Services") was the record owner of 1,275,791 shares of Class B Common Stock, the sale of which is reported on this Form 3. Network Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MCI Communications Corporation ("MCI"). MCI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verizon Business Global LLC ("Verizon Business"). Verizon Business is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon"). As such, MCI, Verizon Business and Verizon may have been deemed to have shared voting and dispositive powers over the 1,275,791 shares of Class B Common Stock sold by Network Services. |
