GCI Announces Second Quarter 2009 Earnings Question & Answer Call-In Information

ANCHORAGE, Alaska, July 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 

    WHO:  GCI  (Nasdaq: GNCMA)

    WHAT: GCI will issue its second quarter 2009 earnings release after the
          market closes on Wednesday, August 5, 2009. The financial release
          will be available via First Call, PR Newswire and at www.gci.com.
          The release also will be faxed to the person addressed on this
          correspondence.

          A conference call to discuss operating results will take place on
          Thursday, August 6, 2009 from 2-3 p.m. (Eastern Time). Senior
          management will conduct the briefing.

    HOW:  To access the briefing on August 6, call the conference operator
          between 1:50-2 p.m. (Eastern Time) at 800-779-1163 (international
          callers should dial 1-630-395-0230). Identify your call as "GCI."
          Callers will be placed on music hold until the briefing commences.
